About the Owners
Joseph Ponder and Zach Zajecek: Built From the Ground Up
Both Joseph and Zach share a lifelong passion for the outdoors, hard work, and serving others through quality craftsmanship.
Joseph grew up in Tyler, Texas, watching his father work as a repair technician. Inspired by his dad’s skill and dedication, Joseph knew he wanted to enter the trades. Over the years, his passion for working outside and helping homeowners protect and beautify their properties led him to landscaping.
Zach’s earliest memories are tied to the land—learning to drive his grandfather’s tractor, cutting timber in the forests of northern Michigan, and developing an appreciation for the power and beauty of nature. His hands-on upbringing gave him the work ethic and technical skill that fuel his passion for tree services and land management today.
